Continued Investment is the Key |
 |
More progress on our room refurbishment programme. We continue to invest in more standard room upgrades with two ground floor rooms 22 and 23 being totally refurbished this Winter. Facilities now include new walk-in shower wet rooms and air conditioning.

Rooms 6 and 10 have also been tastefully redecorated. |

Chef has not let his standards drop as we have again retained all our accolades. Here’s the list:
Michelin Guide 2015, Visit Guernsey Taste Awards Breakfast Gold, Bar Meal Gold, Restaurant Gold, and the AA Rosette award.
(We know you can't eat accolades - but we've never charged for them.)
“Consistent Colin” got me thinking about the other team members:
Super Sally
Irreplaceable Ivo
Riga Raivis
Bandy Andy
Unless of course you know better? Suggestions to andy@labarbariehotel.com
I am also delighted to announce the promotion of Lisa to Head Receptionist.

Lisa travelled from her position in a Dubai Hotel to join us last year in reservations. Lisa’s solid industry experience and bubbly personality is a perfect fit to take on the extra responsibility that this new role brings.
